I need a weight gainer, protein drink, or creatine? |

| Im in highchool and i just started to lift weight because i got cut from lacrosse cuz i was to skinny and small. my dad think i should start to drink a protein drink or weight gainer or creatine. Which one should i do? What works best? Which brand should a i get?"

| Just add a milkshake every day after school to your diet. the milk gives you protein and calcium, the sugar and ice cream gives you the extra calories you need in High school sports. My high school track coach recommended this to me 20 yrs ago. it helped a little,and most of the "protein drinks" are just overpriced crap. |

| well before you go buy protein shakes or creatine...try eating fish and meats with a lot of protein and if your metabolism wont let you any gain weight i would recommend creatine (only if you have a high water intake,because if you dont drink anough you will get dehydrated). |
