What advise can I get for my 6 year old boy who wants to start playing bowling?
He loves to see people playing. He even plays home with the core of an an adults´ball.
I´m not sure at this age, if its OK for him to start training (or just having fun) or how can it interfere with his growth evolution.
1 year ago we bought him a 7 pound ball... the holes must be done... but when?
He weighs 58 pounds and is 4,1 feet tall.

If he has fun doing it, why not? The activity will be good for him, and it's something that you can do WITH him.

Instead of making it a time where he has to train to bowl correctly...let him enjoy the game first.

They have bumper pads that go in the gutter...so he could actually hit the pins. you just ask for it when you go bowling.

Then when he gets use to bowling...then intrduce the correct way of doing things.

Don't take the fun out of it before he gets started.

Unless your son has a physical reason that he shouldn't do it, bowling is fun and great exercise. Many bowling alleys have bowling lessons for children. My kids did this when they were young and loved it! It gives them a skill and there is also the socialization aspect as a bonus.

take him to the local bowling alley, use the bumpers, find a kid's ball, and let him have fun. don't analyze it.

Just take him to the bowling ally and let him have fun. Try using the bumpers at first to get used to things.

My son is 5. My wife and I take him bowling a lot. He loves it and really has a great time.

Don't forget the camera!!
