i hurt my shoulders lifting weights how did this happen???
i have been lifting weights for a few months with no problems, but lately my shoulders have been hurting. now im resting so i don't strain them more. the only way i can think of that could have hurt them is by bench pressing wrong. i read that u need to keep your elbows tucked in when you bench, u shouldn't let them flare out? are there any other exercises that cause shoulder problems??????// any info is appreciated
