It shouldn't be that big of a deal. Hydroxy cut is to help lose weight and Creatine is to build muscles. They don;t do the same thing so nothing bad should happen. Plus, both products have almost no proof that they work, so they may not do anything anyway,.

isn't hydroxycut for woman well for a while they didnt have it for men lol

Creatine is a nitrogenous organic acid that naturally occurs in vertebrates and helps to supply energy to muscle cells.

List of Hydroxycut Side Effects

Okay, a quick list of Hydroxycut effects:

* Increased blood pressure
* Increased heart rate
* Headaches, light-headedness and dizziness
* Loss of appetite (not necessarily bad)
* Feel restless and hyper active
* Nose bleeds
* Blurred vision
* Out break of acne

You may experience some of the side effects of Hydroxycut listed above. However, after you stop taking Hydroxycut, these side effects should go away. If you find that you're experience overly severe side effects from Hydroxycut, stop. Hydroxycut is probably not for you, and you should try some other weight loss supplements.

Hydroxycut benefits:

* Fat loss and weight loss
* Increased energy and stronger workouts
* Increased metabolism
* Decreased appetite

you could cause a heart attack or something else, you shouldn't mix them both, loose the fat first then take that other shit for building mussles
