weight lose?
i am 13 almost 14 and im 150 lbs 4'11". im in 8th grade and have benn pretty fat so i wanna loose like 30-50lbs in about 3 mounths and tips

Try to avoid soda and junk food. Soda can be gotten away with more easily though. Sweets once in a while is okay.

You're young, like me, and I lost 50 pounds in about less than a year by running each day or two for about an hour. What I did was I grabbed by MP3 or CD or FM radio with headphones, then ran or jogged for about an hour at a nearby school in the evenings (weekdays) and mornings (weekends). That helped a lot, and since you're listening to music, time goes by really quickly. It's even relaxing since nobody bothers you. So that's what I recommend.

Another thing that I remember from your age was eating too much without needing to. So don't eat two hamburgers since it's not needed. Just enough to not be hungry; not enough to where you can't fit anything else. =P

Good luck; at your age you can do it. You'll feel proud of yourself when you see that you even lose 10 pounds. =)
