| Women should keep their muscles toned, not so big as to look like a man, but to keep in shape.
It benefits the women in the long run if they do have muscles instead of fat. |

| I think that women who are toned up physically by working out is great,but women who are obsessive with it,to the extent that they've taken steroids to get their bodies that way is extreme.I think it defeats the purpose of working out by taking performance enhancing/body altering drugs.If a women can work out and be fit,while still being feminine at the same time then I say more power to them!
