Try Tend Skin. It does contain alcohol. But I tried it as I could not shave my face everyday due to rashes and nicks - thick stubble and sensitive skin. I've noticed a massive improvement and can now have every 2 days.

as someone said in the previous answer use corn starch and teatree oil, the razorburn on your head is due to dry shaving, it is usually best, to make sure your head is moist, this may sound silly but shaving cream does the same for your face as it does your head, next time you shave it use something just to keep it moist, prevents razorburn and irratation

I don't know where you are but if you're in most countries (except the UK very ennoyingly) you could try Edge Gel Sensitive (with the orange cap) or Extra Sensitive (with the silver-grey cap).

I have sensitive skin and used to get problems with regular face shaving until I started using Edge Gel (but I have to get my friend who lives in New York to bring it to the UK for me).
