Hello, i need too know what i have between these two answers i received awhile back. I was told i have a UTI or a Prostate thats pinching my urethra... so ill give the symptoms.... I urinate without a problem. Always drinking water. Drink maybe 1 or 2 dr peppers a day. Workout. I dont feel any burn or nothing wrong with urinating normally... EXCEPT after i orgasm.. Its not burning before, it doesnt burn even after i orgasm once. It ONLY burns the SECOND time IF i orgasm within a 12 hour period. For example... Intercourse - Orgasm - 6-8 hours fly by - intercourse - orgasm - few seconds.. slight burn sensation inside my penis - need too urinate - urinates - burn sensation slightly increases - 15-20 minutes it goes away... and thats how its basically been for months now.. only reason i havnt got it checked out by a doctor is because theirs periods of time where i dont have any intercourse at all so i figure it would go away.... continue... so yea thats basically why i havnt got it checked out by a doctor.. but i did go too a doctor around october 06 for a physical.. took a urine/blood test and nothing came out.. thats why i always thought i maybe just have a urethra thats irritated since before the burning started i would orgasm maybe 3-5 times every day since me and my partner were more sexually active (had the time).. i do plan on seeing a doctor again soon once i come up with the money. I just need too know what this is and if it can be treated in the meantime ya know? Much thanks in advance! oh and my partner doesnt have any STDs, shes was a virgin and never been touched or did anything with anyone else other than me, and shes been checked not too long ago and has nothing.
