Why do they hurt? |

| I'm a mid-20 years old guy. Whenever I wear a pants without underwaer, I feel pain on my testicles. However, since I live by myself, as soon as I get home, I take all my clothes off and stay off the whole time, but I don't feel any pain. Why is that so?
