What is the best workout program for me? |
|---|---|
| I'm 22 years old, 169 cm tall and weigh 79 kg. I need to lose weight, mostly in the stomach area. I don't want to starve on a diet, but want to burn off excess fat, and keep it off, maybe even turn some of it into muscle. How should I do that?

| What I would suggest is ask a sports trainer. They work with people everyday in diet and exercises. There is one at this site who can help you out.Give them a try its free.

A trainer once told me (he is qualified in a degree which is pretty rare only 5 people in my country have it) that you shouldn't decrease the amount you eat. On the other hand, you should eat normally, healthy of course. A good way to work our your stomach area is to do sit ups, then leg raises(in your gym), you can lie down on the floor / matress and lift your legs in the air (dont know the name for this one) and there are many more. Forget about the starving so you can relax now. Do you work? maybe after working you can take the dog for a run? maybe about 40 min run / jog / walk suit yourself. This will take some time, but be regular. Maybe you could join up in a gym? you'll get motivated to work hard and maybe work out your chest arms lats etc etc too!
