Should i wear my eye glasses all the time? |

| I used toonlywear glasses for tv. and computer. But after going to the eye doctor, i have found out my vision is 80/20 far away and 40/20 up close. I now wear them all the time. But the problem is now i have frequent head aches. My doctor says its 'no big deal. I think that not wearing glasses is not an option, I cant afford laser sergury, and i hate the idea of putting something in my eye.

| I wear glasses all the time and I get those head aches often too. Here's what I do:
1) Keep your glasses clean, when they are dirty, it makes it worse 2) On a really bad day, take off your glasses when you don't really need them. Wear them for driving and when you are far away from stuff. But just sitting at your desk, working on the computer, you can take them off because you don't really need them then. And if that doesn't help, I don't know what to tell you. |
