Adidas or Asics for running shoes? |

I have Adidas DMX for street running due to the great cushion. I have Ascis for beach and terrain running, due to the stability. |

| Asics rule. Look at the feet of marathoners in magazines and you will find your answer. Check out runner's world magazine |

| Find someone who knows how to FIT shoes, and get them to help you..
The shoes that FIT work.. If they do not.. It makes no difference how much or what brand.. check out Saucony |
