Whats the best ab workout? |

| Hello, I am here to ask a question upon which I have been searching for the answer for weeks! I am looking for the best ab workout, i.e the most effective one that I will see results quickest with. It is obvious regular sit-ups (crunches), don't get it done. Please tell me which workout machine I am in need of. I also need my obliques (love handles) reshaped too, so please help! Just list the name of the workout/machine and tell me the easiest place to get it would be (if you know.) Thank you all!!
